In Year 3 we have been focusing on our mental health and well-being. Every day we practise our calming techniques of breathing, brain breaks, tensing and shaking out and daily exercise. We have completed our Daily Mile each day. We love to walk around our school looking at all the sings of Autumn. 5 a Day is our favourite exercise. We enjoy completing the different dance routines.
