Cuisinaire and Seesaw

Creating a number line using Cuisinaire. This was then uploaded to Seesaw where the children can edit their picture by writing the numbers represented by the Cuisinaire. This is also a great way to assess number formation.

We investigated the length of different objects around the classroom using a non-standard unit of measure (cubes).

The children loved using Izak 9 to explore number sequencing. They used lots of teamwork and discussion to help develop their mathematical language.
